I have been getting clients the bodies they desire since 2009. With a background in Running, Triathlons, and more recently Crossfit, and a passion for nutrition I have the experience and tools to help you along our travels to a healthier you!

By eating clean, training major movements, mastering basic gymnastics, and trying new sports regularly, you will live an energised life. My favourite qualifications are below but my hobbies go far beyond the room I have to write on here. Whether you are after training for life or just a couple of sessions I am sure we will have fun.

From a young age I have been very active and competed up to district and county level in numerous amounts of sports. Having participated in individual and team sports such as athletics, trampelining, netball and hockey. I have found this has helped me when teaching clients on a one-to-one basis and in group settings. I am a mum of 2 children and run 3 businesses. I am a very energetic and professional individual, who likes to achieve high results with each and every client.

I began working within the fitness industry in 2005. Since then I have worked as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Assistant Club Manager and have started my own businesses within the health and fitness industry specialising in work with children and the pre and post natal client.

In 2013 I was awarded Personal Trainer of the Year 2012/2013 at Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre, St Albans. I am a Personal Trainer who specialises in working with women for weight loss and toning, and also pre and post natal. My previous clients have been from as young as 10 years old and up to 73. I like to take my time to ensure that the training programme is tailored to the goals and needs of the client.

I’m a dynamic, enthusiastic, organised and reliable person who has a great ability to communicate with all types of people. I’m passionate about health & fitness and how it can change your life. I love training people and helping them achieve their goals. I enjoy using a range of different training techniques to make sessions interesting & varied.

After becoming obese in my 30’s, I arrived at my 40’s knowing I needed to do something. I tried all the diets around including the Cambridge diet, juicing diet & Weight Watchers. They all worked at the time but maintenance was always an issue & often the weight went back on. I felt everything was out of control & I really needed to address the situation. I decided to join a gym in the hope that this would help my cause. Well that was the best decision I ever made. I’d never realised the importance of exercise & weight management. It was hard at first & I wasn’t confident in what I was doing. I felt a bit intimidated by it all. However I stuck with it & I’m now a personal trainer & group exercise instructor.

My life has changed so much since I began to exercise. The benefits of exercise have improved the quality of my life. Now everyday tasks are so much easier. I feel strong & energised now & my weight has stabilised. I feel fit & healthy & would love to help you feel the same. I’m a level 4 personal trainer who specialises in helping people who suffer with lower back pain or have underlying health issues their doctors have diagnosed for example high blood pressure, obesity or depression.

As someone who has suffered with lower back pain I know how it can affect you physically and mentally in your everyday life, so working together we can devise a plan to help alleviate your pain.
